Exploring the Element of Water

Water makes up 60% of the human body; the brain and heart over 73%. We feel the pull of water from deep within us. Our emotions ebb and flow with the tides and can be slow and swirling like a lazy river, or rushing and violent like the rapids. It is a difficult element, but one that all of us should embrace in its depths. Water spirits, the Undines, inhabit this element. The keepers of small mountain lakes, pools, and waterfalls; they speak in whispers through the sound of the water, the ripples on the shore, the sweeping over rocks. Learning to harness this element within and to speak with these spirits is a sacred obligation we owe to ourselves and our ancestors.  Join us at Lake Willoughby, the crown chakra that is nestled in the NEK of Vermont, for a day of learning and connection to this incredible element. 

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, small jar for collecting water, lunch, bug spray, journal, water shoes (suggested)

We will meet at the Southshore parking lot between 9:40-10 am.  We will leave the parking lot at exactly 10 am, please be prompt, and take note, there is no cell-phone service at the lake itself.  The working will take part on the backside of the lake.  Participants must be able to navigate a trail that is rough in a few places.
