Crafting the Astral Temple

To the spiritual seeker, the mind is a magical landscape, in which we can explore our deepest selves; navigating our personal wounds and achievements that we may find inner peace and abundance in life.  The Astral Temple is the inner sacred space that is both inside our minds and outside the constrictions of the physical realm.  This workshop will introduce the beginner to the concept of journeywork, and the adept a clearer understanding of how to work with one’s inner sacred space.  Focused on the element of Air we will work with breath, sound, and scent.  You will need- incense or an essential oil diffuser, your book of shadows, or a sacred journal
